Ron Hubbard made on the spirit and life, not taking into account the hundreds of thousands helped through the social betterment activities and community programs the Church forwards.
As Scientology services are built upon a graduated scale of spiritual awareness, parishioners of the religion begin with introductory services and advance to higher levels. Similarly, there are different levels of Scientology churches that mirror this graduated scale — from those that solely deliver introductory courses to Advanced Organizations, which deliver the upper level services.
Every Church of Scientology, no matter the services it provides, is dedicated to achieving the aims of Scientology: “A civilization without insanity, without criminals and without war, where the able can prosper and honest beings can have rights, and where man is free to rise to greater heights.”
